Fawaz Abdulaziz Al-Hokair Real Estate Company awarded ECG the contract to provide consultancy services for the Mall of Arabia Compound in Cairo, Egypt. With a total built-up area of 671,751 m2, the project comprises residential buildings, offices, mosque, club and sport facilities, commercial, five-star & three-star hotels, services apartments as well as landscape and infrastructure utilities.
ECG scope includes conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design and tender documents.
