Hassan Allam Holding Properties (HAP) requested ECG to provide Quantity Surveying services to enable HAP to submit the tender documents for residential facilities in the Security Forces Medical Center Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ECG provided structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical BOQs.

The residential facilities include several types of buildings. However, ECG quantity surveying services were provided for three types of buildings; one sample of villas, family apartments and single apartments.
