The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health (MOH) commenced a National Healthcare Expansion Plan with the objective of upgrading and developing the existing medical facilities along with the development of new hospital facilities for the State of Kuwait.
The project is to renovate and develop the Infectious Disease Hospital located in Andalus District on an area of 46,523 m2. The hospital renovation program aims to accommodate 224 beds; therefore, the gross area of the Hospital shall reach approximately 74,363 m2. This area is distributed into main hospital building, underground car park, utility building, central kitchen building and administration building.
The Ministry of Health is now seeking proposals from professional Design‐Build‐Equip‐Furnish & Operational Maintenance Contractors with relevant experience. Alghanim International Company (Client) in Kuwait awarded ECG the Pre-Tender Services required for the Project.
