Amer Group awarded ECG the contract to provide construction supervision services for Porto October. With an area of about 1,381,925 m2, and a total built-up area of approximately 646,000 m2, the project represents a mixed-use development with a various functional hubs serving the west region of Greater Cairo.
The project comprises 1539 villas; Rome Zone containing commercial units, a hotel, residential studios in addition to a hyper mall with anchor stores, food court and cinema complex; Stanly Zone including 14 residential apartment buildings, commercial malls and entertainment city; and service buildings area comprising sports club, a hospital, 3 schools and a mosque.
