Nikken Sekkei LTD awarded ECG the contract for Al Andalus Mixed-use tower in Jeddah, KSA. The project comprises a mixed-use tower with two basements and no height restrictions. The main components are a 5-star Millennium Hotel, hotel apartments and commercial areas with a total built-up area 48,000m2.
ECG Scope of Services involves providing engineering services for the post Concept design stage.
