The Qatari Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL) awarded ECG the contract to provide consultancy services for five Healthcare Centers with a total built-up area of about 113,000m2 for the 5 sites. The project comprises three types of design: type A in Al Wakra (with a built-up area of 3,000m2), type B in Al Mashef & Ain Khaled/ Umm Snim (with a built-up area of 25,000m2 for each center), and type C in Al Shamal & Al Khor (with a built-up area of 30,000m2 for each center).
ECG scope covers detailed design, tender documents, tender action, construction management and construction supervision.
