Marseilia-Hayat Alex Park is a 30,300m2 complex located in Al-Montazah district, Alexandria. The complex consists of a 2-floor basement containing a parking area and services for the whole complex; a marvelous 2-floor mall occupying the ground and first floors; an administrative area; a hotel tower (9 floors and approximate plot area of 2,960m2); as well as 16 residential towers (9 floors each; total plot area of 12,126m2). The 16 towers are connected by the basement and the mall, which occupy virtually the entire plot area of the complex.
