The Qatar Economic Zone 3 (QEZ3) project is considered a complete city integral to Qatar National Vision 2030 to establish strong industries within Qatar that can serve to meet the local demand. The project is an industrial park located at Umm Al-Houl area near Mesaieed and Al-Wakrah. It accommodates around 60,000 persons, offering them accommodation, recreation, and public and community services, besides the commercial and business activities.

The services provided by ECG include concept and preliminary designs for some community service buildings and utility buildings; design review for infrastructure, utilities, and external networks; also detailed design for infrastructure, utilities, and external networks; and tender documents for most works within the project.
