ECG was a silver sponsor of of MEED’s conference “Egypt Mega Projects” held at the Cairo-based Four Seasons Hotel on 8 and 9 December 2015, with full support from the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and the General Authority for Investment & Free Zones (GAFI).
ECG’s sponsorship of the event has been an excellent opportunity to have access to potential joint ventures and to highlight its vast experience as a market leader in implementing mega projects across Egypt to the highest standards of the day.
The conference represents a platform where major projects are announced by project owners, including the Egyptian government and a number of Egyptian holding companies. It aims at presenting the details of ongoing and future projects in the fields of housing, real estate development, transport, logistics, power & water supply, oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, and minerals. At this year’s edition of the conference, project-focused analyses and first-hand insights into new tenders were up for discussion, especially in relation to the following projects:

• Cairo Airport City (worth US$13 billion)
