Located on Al-Reem Island, Marina Rise Towers consist of two high-rises, each housing two basements, three level car park, retail units, ground floor, and two podiums.Tower 1 has 25 typical residential floors, and Tower 2 has 30 typical residential floors.
With a total construction cost of US$65 million, each tower has a total built-up area of 37,500 m2.
