Al-Andalus is a luxurious, self-sustained residential & golf community located at the Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) development in the Jebel Ali District at the heart of New Dubai. With a total built-up area of approximately 157,000 m2, the community comprises 7 residential buildings, 2 clubhouses, head office for JGE; and mosque.
Being the Architect of Record for the project, ECG’s scope of work involves master planning, schematic design (concept design was prepared by others), design development, construction documents, and tender documents.
