DAMAC Star Properties LLC awarded ECG as a lead consultant to provide design development and supervision consultancy services for the Capital Bay C Tower.
Located at Business Bay in Dubai on a plot area of approximately 3,236.4 m2, the 60-meter high tower is designed to comply with the regulations of the deluxe hotel serviced apartments rating system as per Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
With a built-up area of 22,000m2, the 131 serviced-apartment tower comprises a ground floor, 3 podiums and 12 typical floors.
ECG scope covers design development, detailed design and construction supervision.
