The Ministry of Higher Education in Kurdistan-Iraq awarded ECG the contract to provide design consultancy services for the Medical Board Building in Erbil. With a plot area of 3,680 m2 and a built-up area of around 17,890 m2, the building will comprise a conference hall accommodating 250 persons, staff offices and lounges, cafeterias, management offices, meeting rooms, roof garden, storage rooms, library, reading room, study halls, exams halls and a parking garage with a capacity of 200 cars.
ECG scope includes conceptual design, design development, detailed design and tender documents.
