The Address Hotels & Resorts presents exceptional and consistent services; where the design of the hotel supports the image of quality and consistency by using quality construction materials, and timeless designs adapting to the site and locality. The Address respects the diversity of international site locations, and supports designs that pay homage to the cultural background of the country.
ECG’s scope of work covers coordinating with the International Consultant in the concept and schematic designs; in addition to preparing the detailed design, tender documents, and tender action.
With a total built-up area of about 49,819 m2, and a capacity of 287 rooms; the hotel building comprises a garden floor, entry floor, and three upper floors arranged as follows:
- Garden floor: restaurants, gym, spa, kids club, parking, and back of house
- Entry floor: hotel reception, administration area, parking, and hotel rooms
- First, second, and third floors: hotel rooms
- Roof Pool Deck and Cafeteria.
