ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) Expansion – Phase 2

Project Description

The expansion encompasses three new buildings:

  • Accommodation Hostel for Students: ground and first floors including a total 50 rooms (triple occupancy) with a total BUA of 3,190 m2
  • Testing Center: ground and first floors including offices with a total BUA of 3,230 m2
  • Utility/Service Building: ground floor with total BUA of 2,000 m2 including substation, pump room, water tanks, and other utilities to serve the new buildings.

This adds to external works involving landscape, fenced football playing yard and 2 paddle courts with chain-link fence and several entrance gates, and a car park outside ATA fence (500 slots).
