Project Description

The integrated urban community comprises 30 standalone villas, each with a BUA of 218 m²; 17 twin houses, each with a BUA of 183 m²; and apartment buildings (G+5).

The apartment buildings encompass three types of units (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms) including six buildings (31 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,271 m²; two buildings (32 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,271 m² each; and twelve buildings (30 apartments each), each with a BUA of approximately 3,094 m². This adds to a commercial zone with retail and leisure areas, gates and fences, 2 substations, and 2 underground water tanks.
