Portsaid Branch

The project is located at the center of Portsaid City in a very prime location at Al-Gomhuria Street. The building is over 100 years’ old that was built based on the bearing wall structure system, which makes the required renovation very challenging.

The renovation works encompass adding a new vault, providing an intrusion system, upgrading the surveillance & security system, preparing the ground floor for the cash center machine, adding a data center room, changing the elevator and the main stairs surrounding it, redesigning the bathrooms, and adding pump room for the building.

90^th Street Branch in New Cairo

The project is located in 90^th street, 5^th Settlement on a site area of about 8,000 m². The building is built on an area of approximately 2,555 m², consisting of a basement, ground, and six floors.

Works include upgrading the general managers’ offices, departments and administrative offices, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and the main meeting room in the ground floor.

The upgrade involves all light current systems (fire alarm, IT, and security systems). A sky light has been added to cover the patio area in the center of the building in the form of a space truss, while reinforcement works were required for strengthening the roof of the third floor to withstand the data center room that has been added in the fourth floor. Works also cover redesigning the landscape surrounding the building, increasing the height of the fence, adding security rooms at the fence, and developing the security system.

Works cover renovating and increasing the height of fences and security rooms; upgrading fire alarm & security systems and information technology systems (light current and lighting); as well as developing the central air conditioning system, firefighting network, and plumbing system; in addition to landscape works.

The Bank Club in New Cairo

ECG scope of work includes preparing a TOR (design and built) for the required renovation and redesign works based on the client requirements. The upgrade works contain the construction of a quarantine facility for the bank employees during the pandemic of COVID-19.

Marsa Matrooh Resort Branch

Renovation works cover the service building, staff housing, kitchen, and the main dining room.

Al-Menia Branch

The project includes the construction of a new branch in Al-Menia Al-Gedida; on an allocated land area of 4,179 m², and with a maximum permissible height of 12 m, including ground and two typical floors. The permissible construction ratio is 45% of the total land area.
