International Design Consultant Corporation (IDCC) awarded ECG the contract to provide the design services to Sumaysimah Motel and Chalet Resort. On a land area of about 490,000m2 and a built-up area of about 46,000m2, the project comprises a 4-star 155-room motel, 130-chalet resort, and staff accommodation (300 persons) in Sumaysimah area north of Doha, Qatar.
ECG scope covers schematic design, detailed design and tender documents.
